If you find a product we sell available for immediate online purchase on a competitor's website at a lower price, we'll match that price subject to the following conditions:
- The product is brand new, identical to ours, and offered on the same terms.
- The competitor is based in mainland UK and sells direct to customers (i.e. not through a third party).
- The product is currently in stock and available for immediate delivery.
- The lower price includes all applicable taxes and delivery charges. (all charges must be matched like for like)
- You provide us with evidence of the lower price, such as a link to the competitor's website or a written quotation.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a price match if we believe the competitor's price is not genuine, or if we cannot verify the availability or authenticity of the product. Our Price Match Promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
To request a price match, please contact our sales team with the details of the product and the competitor's website. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, and if we are able to match the price, we will provide you with instructions on how to place your order at the matched price.
