Call, email or send the form. A model number is ideal, but a description of the space and what you want it to do is enough to start.

We check and price it
We confirm what we can supply, check availability, and work out what the installation involves.

You get the quote
One written price covering appliance, delivery, installation and removal. Ask us anything about it before you commit to a date.

We deliver and fit it
A two-person crew arrives on the agreed day, fits the appliance, tests it, clears the old one and takes the packaging away.
What to tell us
The details that get you an accurate price
You do not need all of this to get started. Send what you have and we will ask about the rest. The more we know up front, the less the quote moves later.
- The model number, if you have already chosen one
- The width, height and depth of the space
- Freestanding or integrated
- Gas or electric, and where the supply is
- Whether an old appliance needs disconnecting and removing
- Your postcode and the date you are working to
- For trade and site work, the number of plots
What the price covers
Three things included as standard
Other sellers charge for these separately, or leave them to you. We quote them as one job.

Delivery
Next-day delivery on most orders, on a day we agree with you first. The appliance comes into the room it is going in, not left at the door.

Installation
A two-person crew from our own team connects the appliance to the utilities, levels it, refits doors and panels where needed, and tests it before leaving.

Removal
Your old appliance is disconnected and taken away, and all the packaging goes with us. If extra gas or electrical work is needed, we tell you before you accept the quote.
Found it cheaper online? We will match it
If you find a product we sell available for immediate online purchase on a competitor’s website at a lower price, we will match that price. The item has to be brand new and identical, in stock for immediate delivery from a mainland UK seller, and compared like for like including taxes and delivery.
